Fernby Animal Clinic looks after your pet, and that means looking after some information about you too. This page explains it in plain language.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to care for your pet and keep your record.
Your name, phone number, email and address

How you use the Fernby website
How we use it
We use your information to book and confirm visits, keep an accurate medical record, send reminders you have asked for and improve the clinic.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your pet's medical record for advertising.
How long we keep it
Medical records are kept for seven years after your pet's last visit, as veterinary regulations require. Contact details are deleted within 30 days of you asking us to.
Your choices
You can see, correct or download your information at any time by asking the front desk. You can also ask us to delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
